Description
A creamy and zesty pasta dish with lemon garlic butter chicken, served over Parmesan linguine for a comforting and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
8 oz linguine
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with lemon zest, juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 9–10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes until thickened.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Toss linguine in the sauce, then serve with cooked chicken and garnish with parsley.

Add steamed vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition and a pop of color.
