Description
Crispy, cheesy, and golden brown, these air fryer pasta chips are a fun snack or appetizer that pairs perfectly with marinara dipping sauce.
Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta (rigatoni, bowtie, penne, or your choice)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano/basil mix)
½ teaspoon salt
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until just al dente. Drain well.
In a bowl, toss pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well coated.
Arrange pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired, with marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
Shake the basket halfway for even crisping. Add red pepper flakes for spice or experiment with different dips.
