Ingredients
`1 clear plastic bottle (with secure lid)
Water
Blue food coloring
Baby oil or vegetable oil
Optional: glitter, small sea creature toys, shells, or beads
Instructions
Fill the bottle halfway with water.
Add 1-2 drops of blue food coloring and stir until mixed.
Add glitter, beads, or mini plastic sea animals for decoration.
Fill the rest of the bottle with baby oil or vegetable oil.
Seal the lid tightly using glue or tape if desired.
Shake gently and enjoy the swirling underwater scene.
