Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 2 cups spinach, chopped
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix chicken, spinach, cream cheese, and sour cream.
3. Pour into dish and top with mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
5. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Add cooked mushrooms or steamed broccoli for extra vegetables. Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer texture.
