Description

Juicy garlic butter beef steak bites paired with creamy chipotle cheddar shell pasta for a bold, comforting dinner ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into thick cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

8 oz shell pasta

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika if using. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil or butter. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan.

Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Return steak to skillet and toss in garlic butter. Remove from heat.

In a separate saucepan, combine butter, milk, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chipotle chili powder over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth.

Add cooked shell pasta to cheese sauce and stir to coat.

Serve pasta alongside garlic butter steak bites.

Notes

For extra richness, use ribeye instead of sirloin. Adjust chipotle chili powder to taste for spice level. Garnish with fresh parsley for color.
