Description
Juicy grilled chicken tenders marinated in lemon juice, garlic, and Greek herbs. A healthy, flavorful dish that’s quick to prepare and ideal for grilling.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil if using a skillet.
Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through (165°F / 75°C).
Let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with tzatziki or Greek salad for a complete meal.
Notes
Leftovers are perfect for wraps or salads. For extra zing, add lemon zest to the marinade.
