1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning mix (no wine vinegar or meat-based additives)

2/3 cup water

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or homemade cheese sauce

4 large flour tortillas

Butter or oil for grilling

Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

On each tortilla, layer rice (if using), beef, cheddar, and cheese sauce.

Fold and roll each tortilla into a burrito.
