Description
Crispy roasted cauliflower tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze of maple syrup and Sriracha. A perfect side dish or appetizer with a flavorful kick.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
Start with 1 tablespoon of Sriracha for mild heat and increase to taste. Add sesame seeds for crunch or serve over grains for a heartier meal.
