A tender, flavorful chicken meatloaf seasoned with garlic and Parmesan, baked to perfection for a comforting main dish.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape into a loaf in the prepared pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with garnish if desired.
Notes
Use a thermometer to ensure the meatloaf is fully cooked. Garnish with parsley and melted butter for extra richness.
