Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- – Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Â – Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Â – Beat eggs in another bowl. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat in Parmesan mixture.
- Â – Heat olive oil in skillet and cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
-  – In saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and Parmesan. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Â – Serve chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce and parsley.
