Description

These Immune-Boosting Tea Bombs combine honey, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon into a simple remedy that dissolves into a warm, healing drink. Perfect for soothing cold and flu symptoms naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.
  2. Warm the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously to ensure everything is well blended. Be careful not to let it boil, as high heat can diminish the benefits of honey.
  3. Once the mixture is thoroughly mixed and warm, pour it into silicone molds or small paper wrappers.
  4. Allow the tea bombs to cool and solidify at room temperature, or speed up the process by placing them in the fridge.
  5. Store the solid tea bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  6. To use, drop one tea bomb into a mug of hot water. Stir until fully dissolved and enjoy immediately for a comforting, immune-boosting beverage.

Notes

You can personalize your tea bombs with additional ingredients like cayenne, matcha, or echinacea extract for added benefits.
