Description
Soft, wholesome oatmeal and apple mini loaves made with simple ingredients, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
– 1 cup (90g) oatmeal
– 150 ml (about ⅔ cup) warm milk
– 2 apples, peeled and diced
– 20g (1 ½ tablespoons) butter, melted
– ½ teaspoon vanillin or vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
Instructions
- – Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- – Soak oatmeal in warm milk for 10 minutes in a large bowl.
- – Dice apples and add to the soaked oats.
- – Stir in melted butter, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
- – Lightly grease silicone or muffin molds.
- – Spoon mixture into molds, filling each ¾ full.
- – Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- – Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
Try adding cinnamon, chopped nuts, or raisins for variety. Great for freezing.
