Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat)
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
Optional: Garlic powder, herbs, shredded cheese, vanilla, or keto sweetener
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease loaf molds or muffin tins.
Whisk eggs until frothy. Add Greek yogurt and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into molds. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and firm.
Cool slightly before serving.
